After six months of field trial and testing ALLTRANS® is pleased to announce the official launch of the new multimodal shipping service to and from China.
With daily connections both by truck and train via Hamburg and Duisburg terminals, together with multiple rail departures every week to and from the Chinese terminals of Zenghzhou (Wuhan), Shanghai and Yiwu, this service guarantees a net saving in transit time compared to the maritime services, with costs amounting to a fifth of air services, thus representing a perfect intermediate solution by bringing together speed, security and cost savings.
The services, both import and export, are regularly available for both full loads (FCL) and groupage (LCL) for which, thanks to our Italian and Chinese offices, collection, delivery and custom service are regularly granted.
